Everytime I come in the store there is always a long wait. I left once because so many people in the waiting area. The second time there are people waiting. You are always short staffed and need to pay the ladies more. This would also be attractive to talented hairdressers and help with finding more good people. Who is recruiting more help? Need to get talent in to do that as well. Also didn't like sitting outside one day to wait for you to open. I was a few minutes early. I tried to open door and you just looked at me. Good customer service would have been to let the customer in to sit and at least watch TV. Need less technology(new check in process) and more people to cut hair. Giving a 4 because Sandy is so great other than that you would have gotten a two star.

Eric, thanks for taking the time to post a review. On August 1st new ownership took over this location and immediately made changes. Today there is a friendlier more experienced staff that are on the floor during busy times. The store is cleaner and there are more exclusive products available for you. I hope you come by sometime soon to see our improvements.
